We had the Pleasure of having Chad Phillips from US title cover the topic of Family Trust as a Real Estate Tool to building Generational Wealth. Joined the Title Industry in 1998 as a second generation “Title Guy”, at this point title is in his blood. Over the years Chad hasheld nearly every position there is in a title agency; this experience, mixed with a little humor, creates a unique ability to distill concepts and topics in a simplified manner helping students leave class with a better understanding of the interconnectedness of a Real Estate Transaction, while getting a few laughs along the way. March workshopsWe had the pleasure of having Joseph Andorful today. Joseph is an experienced real estate investor with multiple properties in Utah, Missouri, and Florida. He is also a real estate agent, an immigrant from Africa like us as well. He is the best out there and genuinely wants to help our African brothers and sisters.
